 Start clears wedged launchd registration; hide helper layers 
Start now does bootout-then-bootstrap like Restart. After a reboot where
launchd tried to spawn kanata before the Nix store volume was mounted, the
job sits in a 'missing executable' state and a bare bootstrap returns EIO.

Layer menu hides fn-layer, qwerty-cmd and qwerty-ctrl (toggle-only helper
layers) instead of fn-layer and qwerty, so a real qwerty layer is selectable.
